Channel Sales Manager - Brazil

CR-Digital is a strategic and significant division of CR developing products for the world's best miners. We are continually pushing the boundaries of our technology developing solutions for the mine sites of the future. The CR Digital products includes a range of edge computing, IoT and perception sensors, and consumable RF sensors mounted on mining machines which provide unique and valuable insights on the mining process.
CR Mining is a trusted supply partner within the global mining community - delivering highly innovative, productive and socially responsible products and technology solutions. Our leading products include the design and manufacture of ground engaging tools (G.E.T), cast lip systems, dragline buckets and lock systems, conveyor accessories and plate block and wear materials.
With a track record of innovation and customer excellence for over 40 years, CR is currently undertaking strategic & significant growth; employing over 300 people located primarily in offices and plants in Australia, China and North & South America.
We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales in the Brazilian region. Reporting to the Vice President, CR Digital Americas, you will grow CR Digital sales in your region through existing Value Added Resellers (VARs) with the opportunity to evaluate new market channels.
In this role you will have the energy, optimism, and drive to:
- Influence and manage existing VAR partners as well as soliciting, evaluating, and developing future opportunities to further CR Digital growth in Brazil.
- Work with partners to mature opportunities and close deal agreements.
- Motivate and incentivize partners to grow sales of CR digital systems.
- Ensure partner compliance with contracts and reporting requirements.
- Manage partner onboarding, training, and interaction.
- Develop in-market VAR partner opportunities.
We are looking for a person who enjoys making a significant contribution. You will have:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5 to 10 years' experience developing Channel partners for software or technology systems.
- Experience in Mining or Industrial Markets
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Experience with International sales and sales channel with demonstrated success in local market.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication and relationship building skills.
- CRM and ERP system experience in relation to sales-oriented modules.
- Proven interpersonal skills - positive and energetic approach, problem-solver, customer service excellence and ability to work autonomously.
- Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time throughout the region on a regular basis.
